It is our dedicated commitment and vision task to re-assemble the Fifty-Four African countries to showcase their unique postures of our cultural and monumental values. This is going to be a One-stop-centre serving as a tourist and commercial hub for Africa.

"if Dubai could turn the desert into a paradise; then what does the pearl of Africa has to showcase to the world"

Since the registration of the African Civilisation Heritage Centre project, we have developed the project concept and artistic designs and finally identified the land (of about 9 squre miles) located in Kalungu District (Geater Masaka Region) along the shores of lake Victoria for the proposed project site.

A cultural village can be seen as; a frozen controlled space in time, where traditional African culture is depicted for tourists to view.

Tribes show an insight into their culture and way of life.
Often the depiction is seen in the past sense or pre-modern times, Thus; “frozen culture” to view as a forecast of a particular time.

However culture could only stay the same, if there was no human being with a mind to create changes in culture and cultural perceptions.

Therefore culture could only stay the same if people never experienced change and only and only if; people existed without history.
